Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Shaoshupai VPN (the "Service Provider") regarding access to, download of, installation of, and use of the website, apps, and related network acceleration services.

By downloading, installing, or using this App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, translate, or create derivative works from the App or related content without authorization. The App and related intellectual property remain the property of the Service Provider. We may adjust features, plans, or pricing when operationally necessary and will provide notice where appropriate. You are responsible for protecting your device and account credentials and should avoid jailbreaking, rooting, or similar actions that weaken security.

The Service may integrate third-party services or infrastructure, including but not limited to Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When you use those related functions, you may also be subject to the applicable terms of those providers.

The App depends on an available network environment. We are not responsible for direct losses caused by device arrears, traffic caps, carrier failures, roaming costs, or other network issues outside our reasonable control. If you use the Service outside Wi-Fi, mobile data charges remain your responsibility.

You are responsible for your own usage behavior, including battery level, device compatibility, client configuration, and local network conditions. We try to keep routes and features available, but we are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party networks, destination site restrictions, or force majeure. We may release updated versions for compatibility and security reasons, and older versions may stop being supported.
